Pass Christian Elementary students were introduced to a cartoon boy, NED, today during a school-wide assembly. Students were challenged to have a positive growth mindset in order to accomplish things they may have labeled as “too difficult.” The students traveled along with NED as he was on a very important mission: to find his mindset! Students discovered how to activate their growth mindset to overcome social, emotional and academic challenges. The PCES Pirates were challenged to Never give up (understand the power of yet), Encourage others (spark courage in others), and Do your best (always be learning and growing)!
