PCES National Junior Beta Induction Ceremony
On Thursday, November 14th, Pass Christian Elementary School inducted the 2019-2020 Fourth and Fifth Grade National Junior Beta Club Members in an evening ceremony attended by administrators, PCES Beta Sponsors, faculty, family, and friends. The Principles of Beta were introduced by Stella Huffman, Taylor O’Neal, Claire Bond, Le’Bria Williams, Harper Batten, Kaiden Mooney, Madison Jacobs, Jocelyn Nguyen, Joseph Langham, and Wyatt Leahy.. Emma Bunn delivered a speech detailing how service hours are conducted and accumulated by the Beta members at PCES. Emma Bunn explained how the BETA students serve their school and community through organizing “Bags of Blessings” and a canned food drive. The Beta Candidates then stood and recited the Beta Pledge and received their Beta Pin and Certificate of Membership.
