"PCES second graders spent time this past week learning about authority figures in our community. We had several visit and speak about their roles. Mayor Chipper McDermott, Ms. Margaret Jean Kalif -school board president, Officer Kyle Craig- school resource officer/Pass Christian city police officer, and Mrs. Haleigh Cuevas- PCES Principal. Each guest shared about his/her job and role and responsibilities in our community. The students were captivated by the guest speakers and learned valuable information about future career opportunities and/or roles of leadership in our local community."
